I wanted to thank Louis for letting my family rent units 4 & 5. We flew into Orlando on July 31st and stayed at your lovely beach house thru Aug 5, 2011. We loved your beach house and your lovely beach town of New Smyrna. We will def be back to visit again. My husband went Tarpon fishing and landed the big one. Thank you so much we had a wonderful time. your condo was great. i did not get this email so we stayed in the studio but it was wonderful. i will tell everyone about your fantastic place. love your picture window my husband thought is was so cool. the best vacation ever. i will be back. thank you again. This place is gorgeous! The house is pretty neat and spacious. People are friendly and Muchka is our new friend. We recommend this place for those who are looking for a better and reasonable price. Just wanted to drop you a note that my girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at your beach house. We even got to listen to a live band from the upper deck on Saturday afternoon (the house just to the north had a party). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This apt is an absolute dream! We love it and will request it again and again. We met Shelly who was in #4 and looks like we're in competition for it LOL! We stayed in Unit 3 with another couple (Jeff & Amy Collins) for one week in April, and all agreed we were staying in the perfect beachhouse in the perfect spot on the beach. The unit is cute as can be, had all the amenities we needed, was very clean, and even with its smaller size we found all the nooks and hooks we needed to live comfortably. Most evenings we walked to Flagler Ave for dinner, drinks, and dancing. We are already talking about coming back again and staying right here! It was nice meeting you last week. We truly did enjoy our vacation at New Smyrna Beach. Your vacation apartment & the beach were a dream. We cannot wait to visit again. You were right, the apartment was very cozy & most of our time was spent outside. We were sorry we had to leave so soon, when we arrived back in Wisconsin, we had to travel for 2 hours in a snow storm. Thank you. We absolutely love your place and had a great time. Definitely will come back!! It's a hidden gem!!! We have stayed at the Beach House on three seperate occasions. Each time was fantastic and we keep coming back. All the rooms are great. Very clean and cozy. Feels like your at your own little beach house. It's a New Symnra gem, and we can't wait to go back! We have just completed a weeks stay at NSBH and loved it. Everything that is listed is exactly the way it is. The deck is very large and very enjoyable. Hats off to the the owners for the nice accomodations and I am looking forward to our next trip there. We had to endure "Debby" this time but because of our accomodations we didn't mind at all. My daughter and I stayed in the studio apartment (Unit 4) at this property for several nights in March 2012 ... she was doing some surf training at the inlet (which is very close). We enjoyed our visit SO much ... this unit is adorable, decorated so cute, very comfortable, quiet and extremely clean! We will definitely return to NSB House! Thanks! Thanks Louis and Lenny to be such great hosts. The accomodations and the location are superb and the beach excellent. We just vivisted NS for my son's surfing contest which he ended 2nd in his category and we had a blast. Thanks again and we will be back next year. Wow, what a beautiful place to be. We loved our stay, and left with hopes

much for being so flexible at the last minute! Just wanted to tell you how much my best friend and I enjoyed staying in Unit 4 of New Smyrna Beach House March 18-21. Love the paint colors and all the little touches you've added. And I tried both the Murphy bed and the futon, and they both slept very well. We left a couple of "Wal-Mart" beach chairs (bright orange and green) by the deck storage bin for others to use. Hope to visit NSB again soon. "Just wanted to say thank you for all your help! It was a very nice stay at your place and thanks for your help and flexibility (with wireless internet it would be perfect; we had it the first day but not after that).
