Just wanted to tell you how much my best friend and I enjoyed staying in Unit 4 of New Smyrna Beach House March 18-21. Love the paint colors and all the little touches you've added. And I tried both the Murphy bed and the futon, and they both slept very well. We left a couple of "Wal-Mart" beach chairs (bright orange and green) by the deck storage bin for others to use. Hope to visit NSB again soon.
