Overall Description

Attractive beach house with several units available. All units have telephone with unlimited free local and long distance calling, individually controlled air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator and cook top. The building has three deck areas which are commonly enjoyed by all the tenants occupying the building. A laundry area with free washer and dryer are available. Comfortable patio lounge chairs and a number of chairs are provided which can be taken down to the beach.

Unit 5 (2nd Floor)

This small affordable ocean front unit contains one bath and one bedroom with a Queen size bed. The living room area has a small loveseat couch. If you have more that two people in your party a rollaway single bed is available for an extra guest or child.
